WHEREAS, on May 27, 1986, the City of Beaumont awarded
the Henry Homberg Golf Facility Improvements Contract to Swain Co.
in the amount of 388,853.60;and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No . 4 has been recommended
providing for additional soil, fumigating of the existing tee
boxes, and modifications to the bayou pump station suction line;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order Number 4 to the Henry Homberg Golf Facility
Improvements Contract executed between the City of Beaumont and
Swain Co. increasing the amount of the contract by $27, 775.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
