WHEREAS, on July 21 , 1986, bikds were received for the
purchase of uniforms used by the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Factory Sales Uniform Co. (Houston) :

250 ea. Pants 19.95
55 ea. Coats 58.32
Tyler Uniform Co. , Inc. (Tyler) :
75 ea. Windbreakers 46.87
and,
" TTEREAS,, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted above are the best bids received and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above for the purchase of uniforms for
use by the Police Department in the amounts stated be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
