R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1986, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of traffic marking materials;
and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were submitted:

and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted above are the lowest and best bids and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above in the amounts stated be accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute annual contracts with 3M Company, Vulcan
Signs and Mid Ohio Marking & Traffic Signs for annual contracts for
the purchase of traffic marking materials .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986 .
