BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an amendment to a Specialized Aviation Operator Agreement between
the City of Beaumont and Robert Alspaugh providing for trailer
space leasing in lieu of a concrete pad .
