R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the South
Park Drainage Relief Project right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the South
Park Drainage Relief Project right-of-way acquisition be, and the
same is hereby, approved:
A 0.286 acre tract of land out of Lot 21 of the
Annie T. Warren Subdivision
Owner: Joshua W. Allen, Sr.
Appraised Value: $19, 300
