R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the College
Street T. I . P. Project right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for the College
Street T. I . P. Project right-of-way acquisition be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Parcel 3 : 2,070 square feet out of Lots 293,
294, 295 and 296, Block 48, Original
Townsite of Beaumont
Owners: Gilbert T. Adams, Jr . and
the Estate of Gilbert T.
Adams, Sr. , Deceased
Appraised Value : $20,000
