WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr. Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are
hereby, approved:
