BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the signatories for the City of Beaumont' s Cash Bond Account
at Texas Commerce Bank shall be amended to reflect the following
names with one ( 1 ) signature required:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signatories for the City
