WHEREAS, on February 19, 1985, Council awarded a contract
for construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Project 17D,
Broadway Separation Sewers; and,
WHEREAS, on July 1, 1986, Council approved, by Change
Order No . 2, the installation of an additional line; and,
WHEREAS, a railroad crossing permit is required from the
Santa Fe Railroad Company for installation of this additional
line;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
license agreement with the Santa Fe Railroad Company to complete
the installation of the additional line.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
