R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are
hereby, approved:
Parcel 180: 9,021 square feet out of Lot 1 , Block 1 ,
Gray Addition
Owner: Evelyn Smith
Approved Value: $31,000
Parcel 138: 7 , 000 square feet, all out of Lot 17,
Block 10, Ogden Addition
Owners: Mr. & Mrs . F . Glaze Byer
Approved Value: $37,000
