WHEREAS, on June 30, 1986, bids were received for an
annual contract for traffic signal equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids for estimated quantities were
received:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted above are the lowest and best bids and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above in the unit amounts stated be
accepted by the City of Beaumont for annual contracts with the
above-named vendors for the purchase of traffic signal equipment.
