WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr. Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land for M . L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
Parcel 89: 8,675 square feet out of Lot 10, Block 1 ,
Gentz Addition
Owner: Logie Redeaux
Approved Value: $23,500
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
