BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
License to Encroach Agreement with Homequity, Inc. , owner of the
property, on the east eight feet (8 ' ) of a sixteen foot ( 16' )
utility easement in Lot 1 , Block 15 of Dowlen West Unit VIII for a
fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) .
