BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
contract with the law firms of Heard, Goagan, Blair, Williams and
Harrison and Benckenstein, Oxford, Radford and Johnson.,
substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for the
collection of delinquent taxes for a period commencing July 1 , 1986
and ending June 30, 1991 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
