BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Quitclaim Deeds to the State of Texas for the Martin Luther King,
Jr . Parkway/Spur 380 on the following tracts of land:
Tract I : 0. 3214 acres, being all of Lot 17 and
the east 13.43 feet of Lot 18, Block
40, Arlington Addition
Tract II: 0.4301 acres, being all of Lots 15
and 16, Block 40, Arlington Addition
Tract III: 0 .0762 acres, being all of Tract 7
of the City Plat A-13, D. Brown
Survey
Tract IV: 0.0531 acres, being all of Tract 6
Of City Plat A-13, D. Brown Survey
Tract V: 0. 1337 acres, being all of Lot 16,
Block 39, Arlington Addition
