BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation to install a traffic signal at U. S. 69 North
Frontage Road and M. L. King, Jr. Parkway .
