BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
one (1 ) year lease agreement with Goldbeck & Goldbeck Educational
Service for 3,500 square feet of property out of the C . William
League for a sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ( $350) per year.
