WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
flatbed truck ; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted
the only bid in the amount of $13,633 .37; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford, as the only bid received, should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinsel Ford in the amount of $13,633.37
for the purchase of one ( 1 ) flatbed truck be, and the same is
hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986.
