WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
mini-van for use in Central Stores by the Mail Room; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Motor Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $9,667.19,- and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Motor Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Motor Company for the purchase
of one ( 1 ) mini-van in the amount of $9,667 .19 for use in Central
Stores by the Mail Room be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
