BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase
easement rights on 0 .861 acres of land out of the J. W. Bullock
Survey , Abstract 7 for the appraised value of $13, 126 from the
Southern Pacific Transportation Company and to purchase two (2)
temporary working easements out of Lot 21 of the Annie T. Warren
Subdivision; 0.08 acres from Louis Sager Hunsucker for the
appraised value of $366 and 0 .34 acres from Florence S . Hunsucker
for the appraised value of $1 , 555 for construction of the South
Park Drainage Project.
