WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr. Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for M. L. King,
Jr. Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are
hereby, approved:
Parcel 85: 7, 500 square feet out of Lot 1 and
all of Lot 2, Block 2 , Gentz
Addition
Owners: Richard Hegele, Jr. and
Ronald F. Sciarrilla
State' s Approved Value: $28,000
Parcel 86: 12,000 square feet consisting of
all of Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Gentz
Addition

Parcel 87 : 6,000 square feet consisting of
