BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement leasing Lots 6, 7 and 8 out of Block 13, VanWormer
Addition, to Mr. Paul Knobloch on a month-to-month basis at a rate
of Eighty-Five Dollars ($85) per month for the storage of road base
materials .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
