WHEREAS, on April 7 , 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of one ( 1 ) tractor with a rotary cutter; and,
WHEREAS, Case Power and Equipment of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $26,949; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Case Power and Equipment is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Case Power and Equipment for the purchase of one
(1 ) tractor with a rotary cutter in the amount of $26,949 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
