WHEREAS, on April 21, 1986, bids were received for an
annual contract for the purchase of cement stabilized sand; and,
WHEREAS, Beeco Sand Company submitted a bid for sand
cement 1 1/2 sack at $7.95 per ton and sand cement 2 sack cement at
$9.95 per ton for a one ( 1 ) year period; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beeco Sand Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beeco Sand Company for the purchase of
cement stabilized sand in the amounts stated above be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
