R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1986, bids were received for the
demolition of two (2 ) buildings situated on right-of-way needed for
the Crockett Connector project; and,
WHEREAS, Speedway Service Company, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of $14,865; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Speedway Service Company, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Speedway Service Company, Inc. in the
amount of $14,865 for the demolition of two ( 2 ) buildings situated
on right-of-way needed for the Crockett Connector project be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1986.
