BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
license to encroach for an existing roof on or about four feet (4 ' )
over the existing drainage and utility easement located at the rear
of Lots 2 , 3 and 4, Block 6, Fleetwood Addition to the City of
Beaumont, Texas, more commonly known as 4260 Pierre Drive.
Said license shall provide, among other things , ( 1 ) for
termination by City Council with the right to remove any
encroachment without cost, liability or expense to the City or
authorized utility, upon resolution for such termination; ( 2 ) such
license shall be duly recorded in the real property records of
Jefferson County, Texas, and may be transferred to succeeding
owners of property being served by this license; ( 3 ) licensee shall
pay the customary consideration for such license of $500 .00; (4)
and license shall be prepared by the Office of the City Attorney of
Beaumont.
