R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
lease agreement with Sears, Roebuck & Company for a 1,820 square
foot tract of land on the south side of Laurel at Magnolia Streets
for an annual rate of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) .
