BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Albert E . Haines, City Manager, be, and he is hereby,
authorized as the designated person whose signature is to appear on
all documents concerning Environmental Protection Agency Grants
Nos . C-48-1254-03 and C-48-1254-04 for the construction of sewer
improvement projects for the City of Beaumont effective May 12,
1986.
