BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
Capital Assistance Agreement in an estimated amount of Sixty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($65,000) with the Urban Mass Transportation
Administration for the Transit Facility Improvement Project.
