BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Mr . Robert Alspaugh, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" , allowing parachuting activities at
the Beaumont Municipal Airport for an annual fee of Fifty Dollars
($50) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
