R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 7 , 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of two ( 2) electronic truck scales with file layout and
source code; and
WHEREAS, Beaumont Scale Co. of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $84, 750; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Scale Co . is the best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Scale Co. for the purchase of
two ( 2 ) electronic truck scales with file layout and source code
for installation and use at the landfill site on Lafin Road be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the WAU day of L 1986.
