WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for
service on two (2 ) Savin copiers located in the Police Station; and
WHEREAS, Savin Sales of East Texas, Beaumont, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,988/year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Savin Sales of East Texas is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Savin Sales of East Texas in the amount of
$1 , 988/year for an annual contract for service on two (2 ) Savin
copiers located in the Police Station be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
