WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are
hereby, approved:
Parcel 61: 6,660 square feet out of Lot 26, Block 29,
Arlington Addition (whole taking)
Owner: Mr. and Mrs. Ricely Thomas
State' s Approved Value : $6,420
Parcel 65: 6, 250 square feet out of Lot 3, Block 29,
Arlington Addition (whole taking)
Owner: Nancy Shumaker
State' s Approved Value: $19,500
Parcel 66: 8,407 square feet out of Lot 3, Block 29,
Arlington Addition (whole taking)
Owner: Nancy Shumaker .
