WHEREAS, on March 23, 1986, bids were received for
one (1 ) five-ton heating and cooling unit for installation at the
Health Department; and
WHEREAS, Efficient Systems of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $1 ,439.00 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Efficient Systems is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Efficient Systems for one ( 1 ) five-ton heating and
cooling unit for installation at the Health Department in the
amount of $1 ,439.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
