WHEREAS, on March 24, 1986, bids were received for
repairs to the Civic Center roof; and
WHEREAS, Mac Roofing Company of Port Arthur submitted a
bid in the amount of $1 , 288.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mac Roofing Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Mac Roofing Company for repairs to the Civic Center
roof in the amount of $1, 288.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
