WHEREAS, on March 3, 1986, bids were received for the
purchase of ammunition for use by the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Bailey' s House of Guns of Houston submitted a
bid in the total amount of $2,653.80 as follows:

and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bailey' s House of Guns is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bailey' s House of Guns for the purchase
of ammunition for use by the Police Department in the amount of
$2,653. 80 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
