WHEREAS, on February 24, 1986, bids were received for the
Henry Homberg Golf Course Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Swain Company, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $388, 853. 60; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Swain Company, Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Swain Company, Inc. for the Henry Homberg
Golf Course Improvements in the amount of $388, 853.60 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
