BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Thomas Park Homeowners ' Association to
furnish labor to replace the existing twenty-four (24") inch
reinforced concrete pipe with a thirty-six (36") inch storm sewer
in the existing drainage easement on Lots 3 , 4, 13, and 14, Block
10 of the Park on Thomas Road Addition with the Thomas Park
Homeowners' Association paying Nine Thousand Dollars ($9, 000) for
the materials.
