WHEREAS, informal bids were received for emergency
repairs to a backhoe for the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Equipment Headquarters submitted a bid in the
amount of $2 , 664.46; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Equipment Headquarters is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Equipment Headquarters in the amount of
$2, 664.46 for emergency repairs to a backhoe for the Water
Utilities Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
