BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a license agreement with Rosisk Construction Company, Inc. to
occupy the unimproved Beech Street right-of-way between 11th
Street and 10th Street as a site for a temporary construction
office for a one-time license fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
