BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement with the Urban Mass Transportation Administration for
the design and construction of an Off-Street Transfer Facility for
Beaumont Municipal Transit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
