WHEREAS, bids were received for repairs to landfill
equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor submitted a bid in the amount of
$16, 877 .44; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Mustang Tractor is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor in the amount of
$16, 877.44 for repairs to landfill equipment be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
