WHEREAS, bids were received for residential sanitation
collection; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the bids at the Work
Session held on February 25, 1986 and determined that the bids
should be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT all bids received for residential sanitation collection be,
and they are hereby, rejected.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
