BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay Three
Tousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Thirty-Seven Cents
($3, 882. 37) to Mustang Tractor for the emergency repair of the
landfill compactor which is in continuous service at the landfill.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
