WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for M. L. King,
Jr . Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for M. L. King,
Jr. Pkwy/Spur 380 right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are
hereby, approved:
Parcel 62: 14, 000 square feet, Lots 1 and 2,
Block 28 of the Arlington Addition
Owner: Frances Rizzo Wilson
Appraised Value: $25, 000
Parcel 64: 7,000 square feet, Lot 3, Block 28
of the Arlington Addition
Owner: Lloyd and Melba Landry
Appraised Value: $22, 500
Parcel 54: 9,936 square feet out of Lot 19,
Block 34 of Arlington Addition
Owner: Patrick H. Phelan
Appraised Value: $76, 405
