WHEREAS, the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements have been completed on 12th Street as follows:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
012 Street from Washington Boulevard north to Milam
Street a distance of 3684 feet
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
°12 Street from Washington Boulevard north to Milam
Street a distance of 3684 feet
°IH-10 frontage road from Blanchette 486 feet south
Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
*Roberts from 11th Street to 12th Street
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said improvements desire to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements
on 12th Street from Milam to Washington as above described, be, and
the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont, contingent
upon filing of the final plat complete with proper filings of
dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown required on
preliminary and final plat, and shall be continuously maintained by
the City.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
