R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of radio
equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Trinity Communications

1 ea. Mobile Radio 667. 76
General Electric
1 ea. 250 KW Transmitter 6, 990.00
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids
submitted above are the best and lowest bids meeting specifications
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above in the amounts stated for the
purchase of radio equipment be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
