WHEREAS, on February 17, 1986, bids were received for
repairs to a police vehicle; and,
WHEREAS, A & R Paint and Body Shop submitted a bid in the
amount of $1, 173.90 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by A & R Paint and Body Shop is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A & R Paint and Body Shop for repairs to
a police vehicle in the amount of $1 , 173.90 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
