WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for Crockett
Connector right-of-way acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land for Crockett
Connector right-of-way acquisition be, and the same are hereby,
approved:
Parcel 1-A: 12, 341.89 square feet out of Lots 2,
3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 21, Calder
Addition
Owner: Sears, Roebuck and Company
Appraised Value: $96,450
Parcel 1-B: 3, 140. 42 square feet out of Lots 13
and 14, Block 21, Calder Addition
Owner: Sears, Roebuck and Company
Appraised Value: $14, 130
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
