BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
one (1 ) year contract for professional surveying services with Mark
W. Whitely and Associates for an amount not-to-exceed Twenty
Thousand Dollars ( $20,000) .
